New Video Out: Jesus, Yeshua

March 6, 2026

This original reggae worship anthem celebrates the matchless name and person of Jesus/Yeshua—whose very name literally means salvation. Even today, if you hear a modern Hebrew speaker say the word “salvation,” they are saying the name of our Lord. Better yet, it’s not just His name—it’s His job description!

Featured on Christafari’s Sounds of Salvation album (2025), this track has quickly become one of the band’s favorites. It’s packed with Scripture-inspired lyrics, a unique medieval-inspired chord progression in the bridge, and a powerful call to worship the One who breaks every chain.

Written by Mark Mohr (lyrics/video) and Renato Taimes (music/arrangements), and mixed by Jah Pickney, this song lifts high the only Name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Shot in Oahu, Kauai, and the Big Island (Hawaii) in September 2025.

This song is more than music—it’s a call to worship and to proclaim His name to the nations.
