In every season we have a choice to sing of God’s goodness regardless of circumstances.
God and His goodness will never stop pouring over your life.
In the hardship, disappointments and loss, God’s goodness is there being poured out.
This goodness waters the roots of our spiritual trees, and through this watering, our spiritual trees grow and produce the fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).

Science proves that our brains cannot be both grateful and anxious at the same time, so it is one or the other!
When you feel anxious, choose to sing praises to God of how grateful you are! Take your mind off you and put it on God, on His goodness.
